- Interest rate; Negotiable
- Loan to value ratio 80% of purchase price of valuation (whichever is lower)
- Arrangement fee 1.5% of loan amount

- 12 month Bank Statement for non-customers
- Certified Copy Title deed of property purchased
- Certificate for sale/offer letter if property purchased from developer
- Marriage Certification in case of joint income financing
- satisfactory Bank Valuation Report of property to be mortgaged
